"After doing a good job removing a large aspen, their office staff determined that I was inadvertently charged about $60 more than I should have been. They called me about this. I was clueless and would never have known about the overcharge had they not spotted it and called me. Extremely pleased with their honesty! To make it right, they came out again and ground a 16-inch diameter hard-ash stump I had and charged me nothing."

"I have used Rocky Mountain Tree Service on two occasions this past year. Once for my primary property and once for a rental property. They did a great job both times. I have large and small trees and they cleaned up after themselves and followed my directions. For the rental property they did make a mistake, but came back and took care of the error quickly and without hassle. I would highly recommend this company above others I have used over my 30 years living in this area and having used several companies."
